By accessing or using Steering.io you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Steering.io provides workflow automation tooling on a subscription basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, to transmit malicious code, to infringe third-party rights, or to interfere with other users or the infrastructure of the service.
Paid plans are billed in advance. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. We do not offer refunds for partial periods unless required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Steering.io is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Oslo, Norway.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or in-app notice before material changes take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
